The Dark Room in Iceland

For this retreat we delve deeply into the darkness in order to fully awaken our inner light. We will spend three days in complete darkness as a way to distance ourselves from all of the distractions within society and embark on an inward adventure of meditative soul searching.
For thousands of years mystics and monks have sat in dark caves and secluded areas where no light could penetrate in order to know themselves and reach a state of enlightenment. Similarly, we will plunge into the darkness with the intention of facing our inner blockages and connecting with our deepest self.

Jay English will be leading three workshops a day in order to help facilitate the process of transformation and reflection. The location we selected is intentionally away from the noise pollution and busy lights of city life.
